Hi I hope this reaches someone with a solution .I experience from time to time a wave like pain across my hips and lower back which is not like a back spasm ,I can only describe it as if someone is stripping meat from a bone .It comes in waves and I cant sit ,stand or lay down. It is harder to deal with than a back spasm.I have been diagnosed with AS and have a very hard time describing this to anybody but it is very distracting and painful .If anyone experiences this syndrome could you please let me know what you have done to help.I have a feeling it is a horrible inflammatory condition but it makes me want to stop living at times Thanks in advance
