My gym has a boot camp work out that starts in little over a month. I just restarted working out so I know its going to kill me. How can I prepare myself for it (like what should I start doing to build up to it at the gym) Also what should I expect? Will doing this only 2 days a week for 6 weeks boast my weight loss? Also how many days should I be working out and for how long? Thanks!
