So! , im new here so hello all, im a soldier living in germany.(wow)
just thought i would come on and bitch the army for a while. might as well hey, just think not only is the british army arguably the best force in the world, its also the least organised!!! try getting told your going back to iraq 4 weeks before christmas after booking all you ferries back to the uk. then while you have just cancelled everything so that you can go out to a hot sandy place and be mortared by a bunch of extremist ragheads you get told that it was a false alarm.
your down 500 quid and the army does nothing.

quid, its kinda short for money.
and that blows alot there, i know only how badly our army is organised, i live in the u.s. btw
 
dunno why quid - pound, pound - quid, like dollar - bucks i think.......maybe.
the american army the same then? they fuck you and fuck you and fuck you, and just when you think that the army cannot fuck you any more, they bend you over and fuck you again!! :mad:

ignorant i know but in 3 and a half years i still aint managed to learn the lingo, lots of the germans make it two easy for you
