Johny English - Hacking The DVD!

Question for DVD expert!
In the Johny English DVD menu, there is an Observation Test, where it plays 10 second clips of the film and then you answer a question on that clip. There are 5 clips in total.

If you get all 5 correct, it plays you clips that where never used in the final movie. Is there anyway (possibly on a computer with DVD-ROM) brake into the disk and watch the deleted parts with out answering the questions?

I should imagine that if you put the disc into your DVD drive and take a look at the contents, the clip will be one of the (many) vob files on the disc...
 
If you use PowerDVD however the title where the clip is located out will most likely be grayed out. Which brings me to an interesting question, is there anyway to hack DVD's so that you can skip the copyrights and promotions and go straight to where you want on the disc, they seem to be able to control everythung about how you access the disc.
