Iv been jogging for a week now doing around 3 miles. Tonight I had to pull up due to a pain at the rear of my left leg, exactilly in the middle between my calf and heel, it actually feels swolen and its sore to walk on (always feel the pain).
What can this be? And what should I do apart from rest?
I really need to be jogging asap as iv a run to do in a matter of weeks and definitally need the miles put in
