this is the newton's law of vulgarity (newton is my nick name in school)

every vulgar keeps doing vulgarity until a slap or sandal by the velocity of 9.8 cm/s hits him from a lovely girl.

this force is called "insult" which is directly proportional to "repenting" if "shame" remains constant

I think the density of the sandal also has an outcome, given it's hardness and force behind the sandal (eg, if hit only with the tip, rather than a full blow). And 9.8 cm/s is relatively slow, i think you're looking for something like 9.8 m/s or faster.
