I completed a BA degree in cultural policy, critical theory, gender studies, cultural social behaviour, cultural history, cultural etiquette and foreign protocol and social and cultural construction at University in Australia. While studying for my masters degree in film, television and radio post production. There are many globally full time and part time accreted recognised BA or MA degree courses in Australia for all different fields in cultural studies.
Australia is a very interesting place to do cultural studies as every 160 global cultures and communities are here. The employment opportunity's are also all here. To work within many different cultural communities to gain experience to work within their communities or within their countries.
In Australia there are many state and federal government employment positions, also career positions in social work, counsellor, teaching, legal, health, immigration and customs, also in international and corporate business and in the tourist, travel and hospitality industries.
As well employment positions working within foreign migrated and Aboriginal cultural communities. Interpreter to foreign migrated persons to assimulate within their new country,also visiting foreign tourist or diplomats.
All you need to do is look though the AU government employment positions and AU employment web sites. If you choose to study for a BA or MA degree in Australia. They also place you into employment positions to work within different cultural communities to learn a new language and gain hands on, foreign cultural learning experience while you study.
Australia isn't in a recession and there are many vacant employment positions in all industries or in the areas, I mentioned, if you choose to study full or part time in Australia.
