Retail, and some technical work at the retail store. Going back for a bachelors in geomatics, will basically know surveying/mapping related stuff. Will try to focus on mapping and the gps side of things. Lots o jobs with good pay, especially in GIS, jobs looking for gis/gps knowledge pay damn good, especially in the defense sector

why would you ever tell them the truth about a job from 10 years ago? for a low paying job they are unlikely to even check your most recent reference, much less something from 10 years ago.

worst thing that will probably happen when you lie to get a job (normal lower/middle class jobs) is that they either won't hire you or if you're already hired then they'll fire you. then you'll still be in the same position you are now.
