that's not true. you cannot refuse to hire someone based on their religion, race, creed, marital status or color.....you just can't.
It's called discrimination and it will get you fired, your company fined and it could have other ramifications if proven.
And there are a whole host of other things that you simply are not allowed to use to base your hiring decisions on.
That's fucking employment law 101 and you don't seem to know that. Have you ever hired someone?
