Job interview on Tuesday. I'm 16, help me out?

hey! Well im a 16 year old girl living in the UK currently attending college. I've never had a job before and so have applied for a christmas/saturday job at TK MAXX. The interview is on tuesday and the lady on the phone said they would ask questions about customer services and previous jobs. I've never had a job so she said make the answers up as if I were in the situation. What are some questions they will ask and answers I can give?? Ive never had a job interview before so i'm scared.

you just need to think of answers they want to hear one question will probably be why do you want to work at tk maxx
 
It will be how you answer the questions rather than what you say that counts, though they will expect you to show some understanding of how to relate to people.

Remember, they are judging how well you would cope with dealing with customers.
