Job interview???? GM?

Anytime u have a second interview it is a good thing. If they weren't interested in u they would never call u back for the second one. I think the General Manager is like the top of the line and makes the final decision. I know it was like that when I worked at Sam's Club anyway.
 
So I got asked for a second interview at best buy, and was told that i will be speaking with the general manager.. is that a good thing?
