if any one is working in McDonald in any Muslim country then that job is halal or haram as many people thought that McDonald is only American chain but in most countries it is operated by local companies under the brand of McDonald.

Also- McDonalds is McDonals- Things on the menu in different countries are made for their tastes of their region- not because Mr McDonald has converted to Halalism or that he's allowing his sheikh friends to run the gaff to their tastes. It's called open marketing to lure in anyone and everyone
