Job at the Salvation Army?

so I was offered a job at the salvation army here in london, on and I have a question regarding appearanc. As far as I know, its a job where I'll be filing papers and what not. My moms best friend works there and told me about the job.

Anyways, I'm about to die my hair pink and black. I really don't want to change that, just because it's what I want to do.

The job is only for 7 weeks before I leave for Basic Training [army] which is good! it pays really well.

Would they make me die it to a natural colour? I have to die to natural for BMQ anyways, but I want these last 10 weeks of being a civilian to go full out. [job doesnt start til july]

the salvation army is pretty leniant about all that, in fact around here they mostly hire recovering drug addicts.

probly not, its illegal to hire someone and make them change themselves, just try and do it before anyone sees your natural hair
