I got a job offer in this position and I'm curious as to what I may expect in this type of job. Is this fairly difficult and/or stressful? My employer told me we must be very good in persuading the people we call in taking a survey. What types of job experiences have any of you in this field gone through? And what do you all think I may be asked in an interview for a such position?
Just a little on my job experience background, I've worked for a photography company, worked in customer service for retail, and worked as a teller for a bank. Could this most likely be a boost for me working in this type of position?
