My boyfriend had been working as a manager of The Mobile Solution (TMS) for about 2 years before it closed down. Now he is working for another cellphone dealership that also sells T-Mobile phones. He had to start over as a sells rep and worked his way up to a manager, and now he is offered a district manager position in another state. The thing is, he is only 21 and dropped out after his first year of college. Now he is going back to a community college to take a few classes. If he takes this offer as district manager, he would probably have to drop out of school completely and move to another state to work. I want him to finish school because it will be better in the long run. I understand these salesman jobs would bring in lots of money (possibly up to 6 figures!) but with the economy at its downfall, if he gets fired he would be screwed and would have to start over every time because he doesn't have a degree to back him up. The money is tempting, but I don't think it will be good for him in the future. I think education is necessary as well. He was considering architecture (the boy has skills! He's a great artist!) or major in business, which isn't bad at all. Why would he want to drop all those goals to sell cellphones??

Please please please tell me what you think. I really need help on this!!
