That's such a sad scene.
I really hated the way the writers ended their relationship and it just was not the Adam we know. Like you said, Jenny, it was totally out of character.

Hello all,
just started watching joan recently and love the idea of adam and joan. If anyone has made any av of those two let me know cause I really want one.
Tonights episode was great. I loved how after she found out he was leaving school because he sold his art she just went right up to it and trashed it for the sake of adam. I only wish Adam knew that she did it for him. Im hoping in the next few episodes that he will forgive her. I loved how Joans mom called Adam her boyfriend. It was so cute. Joan looked like she didnt know what to say at first, and then said no he wasnt.

I kinda knew about them getting together too because I don't live in the US either, and by the time the two of them kissed in episode 12, there were so many pics and avatars of the kiss everywhere in FF and this board that it was hard not to notice and be unspoiled. :lol:
"Jump" is the episode (1x12) where they kiss with all the feathers and it's also my favourite Joan/Adam episode, although I also loved episodes like "Death Be Not Whatever" (the episode where Joan baby-sits the sick little boy and discovers about Adam's mother).
I wasn't very fond of Iris, not only because she was in the way of Adam/Joan, but also because she was plain annoying : she had a squeaky voice, chew her gum with the mouth wide-open, had a weird way to mouth her worRAB, had really questionable fashion tastes... And not to mention how she called Adam ("I'm all about A"). She was just blah.

Of course...I love these two. I've been out of town which is why I wasn't on the past week. I just adore these two. They had some really incredible moments together.

Tonight was sad. I felt so bad for Joan. She's never going to be able to explain her actions without people thinking she's insane. She's got a huge burden. I felt bad for Adam too. Wish they could make up.

I just wonder what direction they were trying to take adam in. You had him cheating on joan, and then that drawning that we saw. I wonder if he was just on a downword spiral. I just hate the way he cheated on joan and the fact that he was having sex. I might of been more forgiving if it seems like they were having big problems and he had been just making out/fooling around with that girl. But him going and getting booty calls was just to weird. And he looked miserable doing it. That one clip where he walks out of the room and then puts his head on the wall like he was thining " what the heck am I doing" should of been a wake up call. . Just say no Adam, just say no.
