Hey, I am turning 16 and I will be buying a Speaker set up. I am set on JL and will not move to anything else. I was thinking about:
1. 1 JL 13w7 powered by a 1000/1v2 amp
2. 2 JL 10w7 powered by a 300/2v2 amp
3. 1 JL 12w7 powered by a 500/1v2 amp
My Question is which one? Each have their benefits, and drawbacks
1. Saves space and will kick hard but very expensive
2.A bit less expensive but will not kick as hard and will take up more space
3.The least powerful of the three, but the cheapest. Although, it still will kick hard.
Also, what kind of door speakers should i get? I am open to any manufacturer but do not want to spend more than $400 for all four speakers.
One more thing, my car has two crappy subs mounted on the top of the roof of the trunk. Should i take them out or leave them be?
