In this website it explains all about the "Subliminal Images" of Skull & Bones in the JFK film, here is the website http://www.btinternet.com/~meirionhughes/Pub/jfk.htm

On the website it says this " Joe Pesci in the role of David Ferrie. Strong occult images litter the scene in the character's apartment after his death." But i cant find that scene on my dvd, can anyone help me? where about is it in the film?.

IIRC quite far in where costner gets the bit between his teeth and goes and brings everyone in Pesci and Tommy Lee Jones' character - and shortly after that pesci is murdered, and costner returns to his house. or lee jones' house, and there's a scene with various homo-erotic stuff dotted around.

mind you, it's ages since i've seen it.
