JETTA< JETTA OKAY NOW COSTING TO MUCH !!?

I bought a 2006 Jetta , and little did I know that everything on this
freaking car would cost so much !!!!!
OIL CHANGES 85.00 , C'mon , When I traded in my chevy , and bought the Jetta , of course the salesman didn't tell me things I should have asked , my fault , I love the car but with the payments and the
high oil changes its friggin killing me ! Is there anyway to cut the oil change ???? I have 18 thousand miles on it , Im ready to give it up but really dont want to ... HELP !!
 
where the heck do you go for an 85 dollar oil change? holy crap a full service oil change is only about 30-35 bucks where i live. shop around a little....
 
There's nothing that says that any maintenance has to be done at the dealer. It just has to be done to VW standards to keep the warranty going.

Look for a good, independent VW shop. Also, there are a lot of places that charge much less than $85 for an oil change.
