My hair has been dyed black 3 times, but now I want it light/ivory blonde.
I've already bleached once. The virgin hair DID turn light, but the rest of the hair turned brown; didn't result as much as I thought. I used Salon Care's Volume40 developer with Quick Blue powder bleach (I left it on for 40 minutes before washing it out.)
-What's recommended to remove the black completely without having to do multiple applications of bleach?
-How much should I wait before bleaching it again?
