Jennifer Jones Dies Ages 90

[Emotionally Happy.]

Its sad to know that Jennifer Jones has died aged 90.


She appeared in some classic films over the years such as Bernadette of Lourdes; Love Is A Many Splendoured Thing(surely one of the finest romance films ever made?) The Towering Inferno, and Duel In The Sun.

I always enjoyed watching her act, but of all the films she made, the director of one such film dropped an awful clanger which did spoil the film somewhat, and that was her unecessary death in The Towering Inferno. Terribly mistake!!

She will be missed, but her films will still be enjoyed by many of her fans around the world.

Jennifer was so talented and beautiful. The Song of Bernadette is my dad's favourite film and I know he'll be very sad to hear of her passing. If any RABers haven't heard of her I urge you to check out some of her work - she was captivating. Rest in Peace Jennifer.

When I was like 5, I cried when she died in the Towering Inferno. I also cried when Lois Lane died in Superman. I was a very soft child.
