Jeff Hardy Dance?????

Whenever I see Jeff Hardy on my TV I usually see him doing some special dance. I try to do and I fail at it. I am flexible btw and I can do somethings like Jeff Hardy. How exactly does his dance go?
 
its wat the 2nd and 3rd answer said..! i love it and i always copy him wen he does it! i luv him

My niece does it and it's easier than you think.
You just kind of move your hips front and back while flicking your arms around.
Bending the knees seems to make it easier....
