Jeep YJ lift types question?

I have a stock 93 Jeep wrangler YJ. I'm trying to get an inexpensive lift of 2-3inches... What are my best options? So far I have seen Shackle lifts, Body Lifts, and combinations of the two in my price range (max 150$)

What are the pro's and cons of body lift, vs shackle lift?
