Jeep Wranlger Idling and Pick up problem?

The past two times it rained when I turn on my Jeep and hit the gas to go it feels like gas isn't getting to the engine unless I slam on the gas then it runs fine until I get below like 25 mph again then it sputters again. Also when I sit at a light or stop sign the thing shakes so bad and sounds like it's going to stall out. The check engine light is on now. I had the plugs and wires replaces about a year ago and this is a 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4cyld automatic with 65000 miles. Thanks
 
Check your air filter, if it is clogged with dirt at all, this will explain any type of idle problems. Also, check your fuel filter, I have had to replace it after only a few thousand miles. And I use the good gas!!
