Jeep Wrangler tail lights? 10 pts for a good answer?

I have a '02 Jeep Wrangler and I am installing a CB radio. I bought a Tera Flex antenna mount (driver's side) and after I removed the tail lights I put the mount on and when I went to put back on the tail light over the mount, the self-tapping screws weren't long enough/were too rusted to screw in. I went to a TrueValue, a Riley Collision Repair, and an AutoZone and none of them had a screw that would work. I need to know what kind of screw it is and where I might be able to get a new one (preferably ones that are longer, but not necessary.)
