Jeep Wrangler Muffler Problem?

so i bought a wrangler a week ago and it is VERY loud. I took a look under the car and is has a couple of holes in the exhaust. How much will it cost to repair it? i haven't gotten the time to take it to a mechanic.
 
measure the diameter of the tailpipe in front of the muffler. Go buy replacement muffler of your liking with same diameter (performance or stock) and a couple on exhaust clamps for you diameter pipe. Then cut your muffler off, cut the tip off the muffler. The replace with new muffler and clamps. By doing it yourself you could save 100 bux or more.
