Sell the Jeep and buy the one you want. Much cheaper.

You'll need an ECU for a manual tranny, a tranny, clutch, slave cylinder, clutch pedal and possibly some re-wiring. To have a shop to the install would cost a couple thousand. You could find a five speed TJ for less than you would have into your jeep plus the swap.
