you need to check for power at the starter when trying to start it if you have no power then it maybe the ignition switch or a fuse.
If engine turns but will not start then you need to check for spark at the #1 spark plug no spark check the crankshaft position sensor,coil,pick up coil
Re check the the battery volts and make sure it's holding a charge the newer vehicles need a full 12 volts.
Just because it's a new/rebuilt part doesn't mean it will work may need to replace the starter
