Jeep tj winch 8000lbs total cost for install?

I want to get an 8000lbs winch for the front of my jeep TJ, the jeeps completely stock, what are some good winch brands for price / performance wise, how much does it generally cost for an installation, and do i need to purchase a specialized bumper for this or will the stock bumper with perhaps some drilling or welding work?

im going to call a local 4x4 store tommrow, but i figured i would ask her to get a second opinion for the prices.
i see on ebay that theres a few that come to around 400$ with shipping but they seem to be china made brands, im probably better off going to the 4x4 store
 
I would say for a decent Install you would need to put 1000-1500$ into all of the parts. The Type of winch will determine if you need to do any modification to the bumper and if you aren't sure about a product on ebay look it up on google and see what reviews for it are. Looking up winches in action on youtube can also help you.
