I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the rear door will not unlock. It will not unlock with the remote and there is no key hole to manually unlock it. The problem started a couple of days ago and both the rear door and the rear window would not unlock. After pressing the remote enough times, the rear window finally unlocked, but will now not lock. In summary, I have a rear window that is unlocked and will not lock; a rear door that is locked and will not unlock. Any suggestions? This has never happened before and was working fine earlier in the week.
