Jeep Missing when idling. ?

My Jeep is a '92 Jeep Rubicon and the radiator just blew out the other day. I replaced the radiator, but I think when it blew out some coolant got into something else. Now when my car is idling it misses really horrible and dies. The RPMs run about 750, and it my engine overheats. Any ideas what might be wrong.
