Ok, I am not to tool or car handy so my descriptions could be a little bad. I recently try to roll up the back window in my jeep and I heard this loud popping noise. I noticed immediately after that the window started to slide down on its own. I can push the window up and down with my hand and I can hear the motor going but when I took my door apart, which took an hour, i noticed that there is this metal like rod thing sticking out the side and when I hit the window button it just spins and clicks really loud. I have no idea what to buy or even what to tell someone at an auto store what is wrong...HELP!
