Jeep cj7 help! what does this stuff mean and do?

This is from craigslist and i want to get it but im not quite sure what any of it really means and what it does. Can you please exlpain this in like a dummies terms of what they are and what they do? thanks!

I got a 1979 cj 7 with a monster Spring over lift. It has the amc 360 v8 engine runnin to dual flowmasters (Sounds Like a Muscle Car). T18 transmission with the dana 20 transfercase. Has a dana 44 rear end locked up. BRANDNEW 36in Superswamper tsls. 8000lb warren winch.
 
This Jeep is set up for super off roading. The monster lift kit probably raises it at least 3 inches further in the air, dual flow masters (probably two baffle) will be loud, 360 V-8 with this setup will suck gas. This vehicle would be great for off roading but not safe or economical for the street.
 
its got a big lift. 360 v8 5.9L with haul @ss. has dual exhausts. t18 i believe that is a heavy duty 4 speed. dana 20 is axel. dana 44 is good for off roading. super swamper is tires 36in tall and has a 8,000lb winch. is there any pics of it? i would like to see it
