I broke off a steering box bolt during the install of a aftermarket bumper. Im getting it out tomorow but wondering if I can get a replacement thats the same size or if its a special bolt? 99 Cherokee XJ Auto I6
dealers on back order cross country so it'd have to be hardware store or junkyard. I don't know how it broke either. My impact wrench and 2ft cheater bar didn't work, so I took it to the shop and they did it for free cause the manager wasn't there. They broke it, should they be fixing it for free? The owner and manager already hate me for taking my Jeep home when they were to expensive and taking it to the shop across the street for a better price.
