I have a 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport. It is a automatic with the 4.0L V6.
I only have this problem when they Jeep is all warmed up. It doesn't do this when the Jeep is cold. shifts with no jerk.
The problem is, when I shift from N to D, or P to R, the Jeep jerks pretty hard. like, i'll be at a stand still in N, and when I switch to D, the Jeep jerks pretty hard forward.
I just changed the tranny fluid today, and the problem still exists.
What could be the problem, and a fix? THANKS!
