Jeep Cherokee heater problem?

I have a 2004 Cherokee and the heater doesnt throw hot air. It's like the air conditioning is on full blast. I heard it may be the heater coil and a pain in the ass to fix. Is it possible its a fuse?
How do you fix a green ooze problem?
 
could be a heater core, but any coolant leak or even a thermostat stuck open will cause this too. check the coolant level and go from there.
 
Green ooze has most likely leaked from the engine into the heating system flooding it and making it not work anymore!
