jeep cherokee fuse box ?

ihave a 96 cherokee sport and i plugged my phone into the cigarette lighter outlet and after that neither my radio or my lighter outlet works. i think its a fuse but idont know which box it is theres one back behind the pedals and there one under the hood and with that i dont even know which fuse is blown. can anyone help me out??
 
not hard to pull one and look and replace or put it back in shoul dtake 5 minutes to check them all most likely it wil be a 15 or higher
