2000 cherokee sport. ccd bus issues voltage reads 1.5 volts on both wires . voltage jumps to what i believe is correct voltage of 2.5 when cluster is installed. i found a faulty rke reciever in the overhead due to mouse pee. with the rke plugged in i only had .8 volts. sent the cluster in to standard and got it back saying item tested good. i guess i need to know why my voltage is only 1.5 at either bus wires to ground at the pcm with the pcm plugg uninstalled ( right at the pcm pins) shouldnt i have 2.5 volts? do i have a bad pcm? help please !
