Jeep A/C Vacuum Canister?

Hi, I was wonder if anyone could help me find the A/C vacuum canister on a 2002 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 liter. I'm having problems with the A/C not blowing out of the correct vents. It spontaneously will switch from floor to defrost, but only a weak (if any) flow will come out of the dash vents.
