jealous to lexus IS250 plate light, how to change mine to looks like it?

please dont suggest me to buy lexus if i jealous, if i'm rich i would rather buy audi or bmw instead

anyone know how to change plate light to white
buy normal white lamp? need to be LED or HID? wts the exact light model of the lexus IS250
