Jazz dance syllabus: ISTD or Adapt is better?

Now, just wondering anyone know the different of ISTD dance and Adapt syllabus for Jazz dance? Which one is better for 11 years old girl? I decided to choose Vganova / Russian ballet for my girl. But should I go with ISTD jazz dance( provided in the same school ) or Adapt Jazz dance ( in different school with competition ). Hope someone can help?
