Jaws 2 ITV1 Saturday 9pm, why oh why?

ITV are (have been for years now) a "dreadful" television network... Period.

Nothing beats psychic, has a personal grudge and is vocal about his feelings Jaws in part 4. Don't piss him off because he will "roar" at you ladies and gentleman and his Godzilla impersonation will really scare you... away from watching that cow manure of a film ever again. :p

I do have a soft spot for Jaws 2, only in that it was the first film to give me a sleepless night as a kid. i sat i nmy bedroom watching it on a black and white portable tv. i was too scared to go to the toilet, because I didn't want to get of fthe bed and put my feet on the floor in case ashark got me.

Jaws 2 is pretty darn good. Never going to be as good as the original but better then the other two sequels. It still has Scheider and has a higher body count and you see more of the shark this time. Pretty good sequel as sequels go in my view.

Just checked the listings for next week, and Jaws 3 has been shoved into a 10:50pm slot, i can't say i'm surprised, but that's still too early in my opinion, lol.

I liked it almost as much as the first one, but they did drag the ending out a little long, and someone should have muted the girl who screamed non stop, yet hardly said an actual word!

I noticed that Jaws also cropped upon ITV3; I wonder if the others will be on there as well.

I seem to recall that Michael Caine was in Jaws 4; he was just about the best thing in that film.

Oh quit complaining... What a shame, there isn't a tiresome reality TV show on in the primetime slot for once... Oh no!!

Spielberg "fanboy" alert! :D

Yes it's true, Jaws 2 is not in the league of the original (no way!) but when compared to the other two sequels that later followed, it doesn't come close to being anywhere near as bad as thouse monstrosities.

Jaws 2 is far better than a sequel to Jaws had any right to be.

Yeah, and all the effects look terrible without the 3D, like the floating arm. just looks backwarRAB after the pretty impressive effects in the first film

Also, what i never understood is that in Jaws 4 the shark is out for revenge. Is that meant to be the same shark wh owas blown up twice and electrocuted? Or is it a different shark and whats-her-name Brody just thinks that it is all about revenge?
