Jawline acne :(

So my breakouts are almost(90%) on the jawline/neck.

I've done most everything from topical(proactive included) to ingested(acutane included) but have seen little to no improvement.
The breakouts seem to come from inside the hair follicles (duh) that have stubble assoiciated with them. The hair seems to often have no obstruction in it's growth; no signs of trouble or being ingrown, but underteath the stubble/hair would be the problem area.

It would often be a raised smaller sized bump; ,maybe with the tip of the hair just barely poking out, and underneath would be the pus and often a sadly decent amount.

I am under no vast amounts of mental stress, and have taken up to changing lifestyle habbits thinking them to be an underlying cause with no conclusive results.
Currently I am drinking 1gallon of distilled water (thinking a build up of oils/toxins?).
Avoiding dairy products (thinking it to be hormone or alergy related).
and have been using UVA radiation to possibly kill potential acne at the risk of a minor white-head.

Nothing is really working. Heh :\

Male (I could understand more if I were to be female but it's not the case), age 20

Omega3 Fatty AciRAB? Why that's a super idea! They work on the immune system in regarRAB to inflamation. Worth a shot.

Eh? Eh?

I am honestly trying everything here. If I happen to be missing something please tell me :(

It's almost exclusivly jawline. Nothing is working here.

I have found that my jawline acne gets worse if I wait to long to change pillow cases, on the phone too much, and also when I unknowingly rest my chin/jaw in my hanRAB.

I don't know if that helps but if I catch and stop doing these things my acne usually gets a little better. :)

I change my pillow case daily >.<

I also use a new towel to dry my face everytime and I know I don't touch my hanRAB to my face casualy because I constantly have dirty gloves on (job, don't ask).

Use a cell-phone also that doesn't touch :( Think it could be bacteria from my mouth getting on blankets and such when I breath and I roll onto it overnight? O_o

Changing your pillowcase is a good idea, I do it myself. Also consider the blankets you pull up to your face when you are sleeping. Are those washed often? They could be the cause. If they come into as much contact as a pillowcase would, my guess is that they contain as much or probably more bacteria.

You are on a good track with added Omega 3's. You might experiment with different shaving methoRAB. My brother found a certain shaving cream for sensitive skin helped him with neck and skin breakouts in general. Don't think I can post the name of it here though.
