javascript or flash not working all of a sudden?

i went to the adobe sight atleast 50 times and i downluad the latest but it still doesnt work the sight says its complete but still cant view any videos or etc .. i have internet explorer and i watched videos allday then all of a sudden it stopped so help please...also where would i turn on or off java script
 
I've had this problem before. Usually, I just switch to Firefox and download Java and Flash for it and hope it works. Just try to download it for Firefox and see if that works, if it doesn't work, then just uninstall flash and re-install it. :O
