I am working on a website that has ratings and various small buttons, i don't want to make an entire separate web page for just bookmarking 1 page, so.... I was wonder how can i make a button that when you press it, it uses Java Script, and then executes the php code to insert into the database?! I know it sounds compliated, but its just to update 1 thing. I have seen people use it before where you click it, and it reloads the page with the values entered in, but i can't figure out how to do it. I am good with mysql, and php but not so much with java script.
