Jason Head Law Office. Anyone ever heard of them?

Has anyone heard of them or dealt with them. I keep getting phone calls ( 3 or 4 times a day) for someone that is no longer at my number and they are now threatening to contact my phone company. I told them if they call my house one more time I will be reporting them. But they keep calling me. Anyone heard of them are they a scam of some sort? How do I get them to stop calling me?
 
If the person is no longer at your number tell them so. Then, go on to tell them that if the calls continue you will contact the Virginia State Bar (they're located in VA Beach) and let them know of the practice they are using. End the conversation with them by stating that while you do know the individual you do not know anything about their finances and since they no longer reside on the premises you cannot assist them in finding the person they are calling. MAKE CERTAIN you get the callers name and then follow it up with a written letter to their office.

Debt collectors are not allowed to use threats to collect a debt and that is what they are doing by saying they will be contacting the phone company.
