japanese internment camps?

i have to write an essay on why japanese internment camps were necessary and why they were good.
i am struggling, to say the least. please help me?
 
In order to protect the security of the United States.

Note in your essay that liberals of that era were not allowed to compromise prudent and necessary measures, and if they were allowed to get away with things like the liberals of today we might have lost the war.

Please also note in your writing that liberals themselves need to be committed to internment camps or mental institutions in times of national conflict.
 
The actions of the past can not always be judged with the insight of today. The average American at that time considered the camps to be justified and felt that the govt. was doing it's best to protect them.

He also gave the nazi's back their gold after the holocaust. He was made an honary citizen of Germany for his role as Proconsul of Germany. He was a partner of Rockefeller at the Chase bank, and was the asst. sec. of war for FDR.
