Precisely.

Sounds like sinuses.

I once had headaches so bad that it hurt to move. I couldn't turn, stand up, talk or anything. Went to the Dr. and he said it was sinuses. I took Zantac. I think it was Zantac. It's the sinus stuff.

And you know what? I've never had a problem that bad again.

Thanks guys for all of your ideas a feel betters. I am feeling much better. My boyfriend gave me a back/neck massage last night and i kept this eye thing warm on my face. I also slept under my heated blanket. i think that all of it combined helped. yay! :D

glad you're feeling better. sounds like you eased a lot of the tension in your neck and hopefully stopped the spasms. remember to stand up and stretch and roll your shoulders after hours at the computer. don't want the spasms coming back.

the spasms yesterday SUCKED SOOOOO BADLY! but i have been doing those stretches all day, even in class. it feels so gooood :D

it's muscle spasms. i got them a while ago from spending way too much time on the computer. that's probably not what caused them in her, but the symptoms were the same.

glad the stretches helped, jane.

I once had a headache for 17 days straight. That was a good time. Then one day it was just gone, which made me very happy. Hope it feels better for you too.

I would agree with eh what... sounds like a sign of migraine especially if the pain is bad enough to cry... get checked by a doctor.. my mother had migrains so bad she wanted to die..

stress will do it as well. I used to get cronic headaches and migranes. I told a doctor about it when i was getting a physical and he just said, "you're in highschool, you are prob just stressed out" that was 4 years ago and I dont get them anymore. Guess he was right. The thing that bothers me the most tho, is how easily a doctor will just say its stress without asking any important questions.. I can see how someone with a brain tumor wouldnt catch it till they ended up in a hospital in a seizure and it was too late...

I used to get headaches every day. And migraines at least once a week. I don't know what caused the migraines but the regular headaches were caused by eye problems, even though I have better than 20/20 vision. Stupid astigmatism. But anyway, I don't get the headaches anymore, just the migraines. I didn't go for any of the corrective lenses either. I think I just trained my eyes to deal with the oddly bending light. That, or my eyes are so fucked up now that it seems normal to see halos around every source of focused light I look at.

Anyway.. no point here.. move along..
