I'm currently reading the book 'Home to Holly Springs' (actually, I'm almost done it) and I'm kinda confused. Does Father Tim's Peggy leave them AFTER she was attacked in the woods or BEFORE she was attacked. I can't seem to figure that part out and it's driving me crazy. I keep re-reading but I think I'm missing something. Please, help! Thanks
