For those that aren't aware James Cameron (Titanic, Terminator, Aliens) has finally shown footage of Avatar which he has wanted to make for something like 20 years but couldn't due to technological constraints. he's filming it in full 3D with photo realistic CGI. Put simply it is supposedly going to be the best looking film of all time and break boundaries etc etc etc.
Thing is we've seen nothing and it's supposedly out this December. Now though he's shown a select group of journos footage and apparently it's "stunning, literally jaw-dropping. Amazing visuals unlike any before seen, with incredible detail."
